We specialize in Can Liners and Custom Bags. Some of the can liners we offer include:
High Density Can Liners, Linear Low Density Can Liners
and Specialty Liners, such as Hospital bags and T-Shirt Grocery Sacks. We offer
our liners in the following packing options:
- Perforated (bags on a roll that are connected and are torn off the roll)
- Interleafed (bags on a roll that are not connected)
- Individually Folded (each bag is folded separately)
- Flat Pack (bags are in a bundle of 20-30 and are folded as a stack)

Can Liner Info:
Resin: another name for Polyethylene Resin used to manufacture can liners.
-
Low Density Polyethylene: This is used primarily for food bags and utility bags because it lacks film strength.
-
Linear Low Density Polyethylene: Bags made from this resin are highly puncture and tear resistant. Bags made of LLDPE will provide the user with a good combination of strength and stretch. Great for sharper objects and tougher transport conditions.
-
High Density Polyethylene: This resin provides strength and stretch but considerably less puncture strength than LLDPE. High density liners are available in lower gauges and are more temperature resistant. Great for paper and non-sharp objects.
Gauge: the term that is used to describe the thickness of the liner.
-
Mil: LLDPE liners are measured in mil. It is based on one hundred thousandths of an inch (.000). For example, a .65 mil bag is 65 thousandths of an inch thick. LLDPE liners generally range in thickness of .35 mil to 4.0 mil.
-
Micron: High Density liners are measured in microns which is based on thousandth of a millimeter (.000000). High Density liners normally range from 6 micron to 24 micron.
Seal: How the bag is secured at the bottom.
-
Star Seal: This is the strongest seal and the most common. It allows the liner to easily conform to the shape of the container and limits leaks. It maximizes the bags carrying capacity and helps distribute the weight in the bag more evenly.
-
Gusset Seal: This is a flat style manufactured with both sides tucked in to form a gusset. This is generally a weak seal.
-
Flat Seal: This is generally a two dimensional bag with a bottom seal. These are generally strong but do have a high leak potential in the corners with wet trash. They also do not conform well to the shape of the containers they are used for.
